Mount Prospect … Right Time, Right Place

These are exciting times in Mount Prospect. For both residents and businesses, the Village is the right time and right place.

Mount Prospect is thriving. In spite of the recent economic downturn, new developments are underway and people are interested in living here. Randhurst Village is taking shape as a new lifestyle center. Another important phase of downtown development is underway at the Triangle. New commercial space is being planned for the south part of the Village. And, new businesses continue to open. Residents look forward to enjoying new retail shopping and restaurants. Home values are relatively strong, attracting those wanting to buy a home here. Residents and businesspeople come together as a community, at the Downtown Block Party and concerts, for ice cream, in the parks, to look at vintage cars, attend art fairs, and in neighborhoods. The recent BusinessWeek magazine report on Mount Prospect being the “Best Place to Raise Kids” should further enhance the community’s reputation and property values.

We look ahead with great optimism, knowing that this is a community that’s right for those of us who live and work here.
