Our company tests a variety of food and beverages prepared by food manufacturers.Our Clients come to us with concerns, questions, and comments about their products for various reasons such as, how to create cost reduction, product stability & shelf life, competitive review, and even product process improvements, reformulation or packaging changes.

Matrix offers several different methods of testing such as consumer acceptance, descriptive studies, discrimination studies, and quality assurance programs/training. Through the means of microbiology, chemistry and sensory testing we aid to support our food and beverage clients by analyzing the data, thus allowing the necessary changes to be made to products based on the consumers opinions.
